• After-hours pick up and drop off at our facilities are available

• No change to after-hours support or emergency response

• You can always trust to call any Canadian location and get a live person to assist
• Disinfectant wipes are included with every rental
• Equipment and cases are decontaminated before leaving our facilities; however, we want you to continue to operate the equipment with complete confidence
• Equipment training and review of operation will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams
• At this time, we must ask that all face to face contact be limited. However, our staff remain available to review the functionality of all our equipment
